Hours of Operation

We do our best to fill your order and ship it out as quickly as we can! 

Our website takes orders 24-hours a day and we are usually able to get orders out within 1-2 business days.  Order fulfillment takes place during our normal hours of operation: 8am-5pm (PST), Monday through Friday. The Original Squeeze Company® does not guarantee delivery dates and times; Shipping dates and times provided by The Original Squeeze Co. are estimates for customer convenience only, but we will notify you if there is a delay!  We want you to have your squeeze as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING

We make every effort to minimize shipping costs. We use minimal packaging and shipping options to decrease our impact on the environment. 

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love your Squeezes!  We are so proud of our product and confident that you will love it as much as we do! 

But if you are having any difficulty using your Squeeze, find that it is damaged or just not completely satisfied, please contact us at customerservice@originalsqueeze.com. You may need some guidance or a replacement part. 

Refund requests must be received in writing via email within 15 days of receiving your Squeeze to customerservice@originalsqueeze.com. Please include your order ID / confirmation number for faster processing. We only accept returns purchased directly from our website. Once your return is received at our offices, we will issue a full refund for the product(s), to the original method of payment, assuming the product(s) is fully intact and undamaged.
